What can a person expect a coach to do?
The coach does nto actually do anything! Yet they do a lot in terms of facilitation. Coaching is not about a person that will tell you what to do - it is about facilitating you to be able to come up with your own answers, based on [clever] questioning techniques designed to encourage you to come up with a solution!
